Pombo
Pombo is the lifecycle marketing team you haven't hired yet. It plans the journeys your customers move through, drafts the emails that carry them, and keeps the whole thing running once it's live.
Journeys react to what people actually do in your product. Send an event when someone signs up, buys, donates or goes quiet, and Pombo takes it from there: a welcome sequence, a post-purchase or post-donation follow-up, a nudge for someone who has drifted. Waits, branches, A/B splits, and goals that end a journey the moment someone converts, so nobody gets nagged about something they've already done.
Pombo speaks MCP, so you can run the whole thing from Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever you already have open. Say "build a three-email onboarding sequence that stops once they send their first campaign" and it drafts the copy in your brand voice, builds the journey, checks that it actually runs, and turns it on, without you leaving your editor. Contacts, segments, templates, campaigns and analytics are all there too, so you can ask what happened last week and get a straight answer.
Nothing to install and no SDK to wire up: point your backend at one endpoint, connect the MCP server, and you're sending. Everything an agent makes is an ordinary Pombo object, so you can open any of it in the UI and edit it by hand.
Braze-shaped, without Braze pricing or the headcount Braze assumes you have.
