User Content
Users may submit projects, ratings, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.
Project Ownership
You may only list projects on Votekicker that you own or have explicit authorization to represent. By submitting a project, you represent that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the project. Listing projects you do not own or have permission to represent is prohibited and may result in removal of the project and suspension of your account.
Content Uploads
When you upload images, videos, documents, or other files to Votekicker, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any uploaded content that violates these terms or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, and you agree not to upload files that contain malware, illegal material, or content that is abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the service to spam, harass, distribute harmful content, manipulate votes, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform.
