One active account covers current/future live portfolio offers, assets, links, codes, QR codes, tracking and eligible launch proposals/votes. Direct recurring rates use monthly eligible directly referred subscription revenue: Silver 25% below USD1,000; Gold 30% from USD1,000 to below USD10,000; Platinum 35% from USD10,000. Completed UTC months set next month's rate across the direct customer base. Downgrades need 2 consecutive complete months below threshold. Eligible customer-subscription-lifetime commission continues; rates may change. Qualifying second tier: 5% of eligible customer revenue from directly referred affiliates, not their commission, while they earn eligible Marquorum commission and relationships remain eligible. Excluded from direct thresholds. Revenue is collected subscriptions after discounts/credits, excluding tax/refunds/disputes/chargebacks. Latest valid referral within 30 days. Monthly USD PayPal payouts from USD50 eligible payable balance; lower balances carry forward. Prior-month submission target: the 15th. Marquorum pays distribution fees; recipient/FX fees may apply.
