Choose a race, explore unpredictable terrain and compete with an active AI for control of the map. Towns are more than objectives: they generate income, expand your army cap and become forward bases. Research technologies, unlock new routes through difficult terrain, build the infrastructure your army needs, recruit forces and decide when to expand, defend or strike. Terrain matters. Mountains, forests, roads and difficult routes shape movement, combat and ambush opportunities. There is no fixed build order—the best plan depends on the map and the enemy. The AI expands, researches, recruits, defends threatened towns and launches attacks of its own. Break its front, capture its cities and turn each conquest into momentum for the next offensive. Every map creates a different war. Find the towns, build the army the terrain demands, break your opponent’s expansion, and conquer every enemy city before they do the same to you.
