Food Friends

Food Friends is a free restaurant game you play in the browser or on Android. You cook the food, pick every chair and wallpaper, hire the staff, and the restaurant next door belongs to another real player. Cooking: combine ingredients into dishes. Rice, seaweed and salmon become sushi. Your menu only holds five at a time, so you decide what your restaurant is known for. Decorating: over 270 pieces to build with, nearly 100 furniture items, 39 floors, 34 wallpapers, 16 roofs, and 63 things for the street outside your door. Your restaurant starts at 9 by 6 tiles and grows to 19 by 16. Staff: hire chefs and waiters, two at first and up to ten later. They keep cooking and serving while the game is closed. The street: every player has a restaurant on the same street as yours, and you can walk into any of them. Seeing what someone else built with the furniture you already own is the part people stay for. No timers, nothing that rots, no way to lose. Built in Godot with a Python backend, one save shared between web and Android.
